Michelle has been working in the mortgage industry since 2002, beginning her career while arranging finance for her first buy-to-let property. Over the years, she has developed extensive expertise across a wide range of mortgage solutions.
She specialises in supporting portfolio landlords, equity release, and commercial and specialist property finance, offering clear, tailored advice to suit even the most complex circumstances.
With a DIPFA qualification, Michelle understands property finance within the wider context of financial planning. This ensures every client receives advice that is carefully tailored to their individual needs and long-term goals.
Michelle is passionate about helping clients take their first steps onto the property ladder and values building long-term relationships. She continues to support her clients throughout their journey—from remortgaging and moving home to providing protection advice for lasting peace of mind.

Linh is a highly driven Mortgage Consultant who is known for going above and beyond to support her clients throughout the mortgage process. She is proactive, determined, and creative in her approach, consistently working hard to find solutions and achieve the best possible outcome.
She has experience across a wide range of mortgage cases, including first-time buyers, portfolio landlords, foreign nationals, and expat mortgages, and is confident handling both straightforward and complex applications.
While Linh is highly focused and tenacious when dealing with lenders and third parties, she is also known for her warm, approachable manner with clients. She builds strong relationships and helps to make the process feel far less stressful.
